WHAT MAKES FORNETA PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Our products are formulated with ingredients that support your health and wellness. We never use sulphates, parabens, phthalates, and any other potentially toxic or harmful chemicals in our formulations. 
 

IS FORNETA ECO FRIENDLY?

Sustainability is very important to us. We use post consumer recycled (PCR) and glass containers to house our formulations and only ship in recyclable paper boxes and compostable mailers. 
 

WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FOR?

Our "Melanin First" approach means that while our products are suitable for everyone, they are formulated intentionally with women of colour in mind. 
 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

We recommend that you use our care products within 12 months of opening. 
Our products are free from synthetic ingredients, some of which are typically used to maintain and stabilize products. This means that the consistency of certain formulations might change from batch to batch or over time ex. essential oil colors might vary seasonally. This does not mean that your product is expired. 

 

 

ORDERS

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can track your order here. Please allow for three to five business days from date of purchase for order processing and dispatch. Most domestic orders will be delivered three to seven business days after shipping. International order delivery will vary based on location and the shipping option selected.
 

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders could be processed immediately they are received, so we are unfortunately unable to cancel or edit them once they have been placed. Please confirm all your information before you place the orders as FORNETA will not be responsible or liable for such mistakes.
 

MY PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please complete the contact form within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product and our concierge team will reach out to you as soon as possible. Please take a photo of the damaged products and if possible, retain them until the issue is sorted out.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We are always working to add more countries to the list. Subscribe to our email list to be notified about updates.
 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders will be processed three to five business days after they are received. You will be notified when your order has been processed and dispatched.

 

 

RETURNS

 

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
